Consultation Policy

We work by appointment only to provide a personalized service and undivided attention to each and every client.

Appointments are usually booked 2-3 working days in advance.

During peak wedding season periods, standard timeline for a custom tailored suit of 4-5 weeks can extend to 6-9 weeks. Please reach out to us well in advance to schedule an appointment and book in your orders early to avoid regret.

We also offer an express service subject to capacity, where an additional fee will be charged to prioritize your order and meet a shorter timeline. Please contact our appointments team to inquire on this.

We offer two types of Consultations:

Initial Consultation

This is a complimentary 30 min slot where you can browse through our fabric range and understand The Kingsman Process. However you will then need to revisit for a Final Design Consultation to confirm your order. Initial Consultations are done well in advance of standard timeline and usually offered for weddings. Our team will advise you and recommend the best possible option depending on your timeline.

Final Design Consultation

This is a 1-hour private session with a Kingsman design consultant, where you will receive personalized guidance on style, fabric and design details.

During this session, you can review fabric options, finalize style details, take measurements, and confirm the order with a 75% advance payment.

Final Design Consultation Policy

To ensure every client receives our full attention and bespoke expertise, Final Design Consultations are scheduled by appointment only.

What This Appointment Includes:

A 1 hour private session with a Kingsman design consultant
Personalized guidance on style, fabric, and design details
Full measurements for bespoke tailoring
Confirmation of your order and next steps

Consultation Commitment

A LKR 5,000 commitment amount is required in advance to confirm your appointment
This amount is fully deducted from your final invoice when you proceed with your bespoke order

Important Terms

The commitment amount is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed
No-shows will result in forfeiture of the amount
Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice
